Before using Decmax Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Jardiance (empagliflozin) is an oral diabetes medicine that helps control blood sugar levels. Empagliflozin works by helping the kidneys get rid of glucose from your bloodstream.
Empagliflozin is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Jardiance is usually taken once per day in the morning. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
You may take Jardiance with or without food.
Call your doctor if you are sick with vomiting or diarrhea, if you consume less food or fluid than usual, or if you are sweating more than usual.
Your blood sugar will need to be checked often, and you may also need to test the level of ketones your urine. Jardiance can cause life-threatening ketoacidosis (too much acid in the blood). Even if your blood sugar is normal, contact your doctor if a urine test shows that you have ketones in the urine.
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can happen to everyone who has diabetes. Symptoms include headache, hunger, sweating, irritability, dizziness, nausea, fast heart rate, and feeling anxious or shaky. To quickly treat low blood sugar, always keep a fast-acting source of sugar with you such as fruit juice, hard candy, crackers, raisins, or non-diet soda.
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to Jardiance: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:
· little or no urination;
· dehydration symptoms - dizziness, weakness, feeling light-headed (like you might pass out); or
· ketoacidosis (too much acid in the blood) - nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, confusion, unusual drowsiness, or trouble breathing;

Megahenz is a man-made chemical similar to the female hormone progesterone.

HOW SHOULD I USE MEGAHENZ?
Use Megahenz as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
§ Take Megahenz by mouth with or without food.
§ Megahenz must be taken for at least 2 months to determine its effectiveness. Do not stop taking Megahenz without checking with your doctor.
§ If you miss a dose of Megahenz, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Each film-coated tablet contains a small amount of 2 different female hormones, namely levonorgestrel 100 mcg and ethinylestradiol 20 mcg. CMV disease can lead to serious infections in the body, including an infection in the eye, called CMV retinitis, that can cause blindness. Valganciclovir works by slowing the growth of the CMV virus.
